Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and implement significant operationally focused projects to deliver benefits to manufacturing operations, including introduction of new products/technologies from development through mass production.
  • •Execute complex operations activities to ensure products are manufactured in a timely fashion using manufacturing best practice for a specified function or region.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver, monitor, and implement actions for engineering projects into mass production, including operation sustenance in tier 1 suppliers.
  • •Drive key initiatives such as efficiency programs (waste reduction, engineering change management, process improvements), CSER, Kaizen/Continuous Improvement/Lean for tier 1 suppliers.
  • •Own project leadership for planning, execution, risk/issue/change management, and reporting including budget vs. actual status, milestones, lessons learned, and RAG status.

Key Requirements

  • •Project/program management experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering/Management.
  • •8-10 years working experience in a manufacturing environment, including 6-8 years managing project/program work.
  • •Ability to deliver under pressure and in tight timelines, with strong independence and results orientation.
  • •Comfort operating with stakeholders across functions and delivering accurate project planning and reporting (budget vs. actual, milestones, lessons learned, and RAG status).
