Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the preparation and compilation of piping test packs using approved P&IDs, isometric drawings, and line lists.
  • •Maintain and manage test pack registers, ensuring accurate tracking of status from preparation through testing and handover.
  • •Monitor progress of test packs and highlight delays, constraints, and priority systems to project teams.
  • •Interface with construction teams to confirm system readiness and mechanical completion prior to testing.
  • •Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure all inspections, NDT reports, and documentation are completed and approved.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, or EPC/PMC project environments.
  • •Proven experience in piping test pack preparation, coordination, or QA/QC documentation control.
  • •Strong understanding of piping systems, isometric drawings, P&IDs, and line lists.
  • •Familiarity with QA/QC processes, documentation control, and completion management tools such as WinPCS, SmartPlant, or similar systems.
