Job Summary

Experienced Piping Test Pack Coordinator for Wood’s Oil, Gas & New Energies projects, coordinating the preparation, tracking and close-out of piping test packs to support mechanical completion and commissioning. Serves as the central interface between construction, QA/QC and commissioning teams, ensuring documentation accuracy, compliance with project standards and timely handover for ADNOC/Habshan Abu Dhabi projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate the preparation and compilation of piping test packs using approved P&IDs, isometric drawings, and line lists.
•Maintain and manage test pack registers, ensuring accurate tracking of status from preparation through testing and handover.
•Monitor progress of test packs and highlight delays, constraints, and priority systems to project teams.
•Interface with construction teams to confirm system readiness and mechanical completion prior to testing.
•Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure all inspections, NDT reports, and documentation are completed and approved.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
•Minimum 10 years of experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, or EPC/PMC project environments.
•Proven experience in piping test pack preparation, coordination, or QA/QC documentation control.
•Strong understanding of piping systems, isometric drawings, P&IDs, and line lists.
•Familiarity with QA/QC processes, documentation control, and completion management tools such as WinPCS, SmartPlant, or similar systems.
