Personal Banker I (Full Time) - Carmel

Provide a range of financial services in the banking lobby, including opening, maintaining, and closing deposit and retirement accounts and assisting with account inquiries. Resolve client questions by listening, collecting information, and delivering accurate answers. Cross-sell bank products, identify referral opportunities, and maintain privacy and the bank’s professional reputation. Partner with banking-center staff and management, complete required reports, and help train and motivate lobby associates to support customer needs.
