Key Responsibilities

  • •End-to-end management of a project or program of projects, covering scope, time, cost/budget, quality, communications, risk, and stakeholder management.
  • •Lead all project phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitor & control, and closing) using project management methodologies, processes, tools, and templates.
  • •Manage project scope and scope changes; define tasks, prepare plans, monitor progress, and provide feedback on team performance.
  • •Serve as the single point of contact for assigned projects and represent the customer/Business Unit in internal and external customer forums.
  • •Proactively manage issues, provide stakeholder visibility and escalation as needed, and report status and project-related revenue forecasting accurately.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a project manager leading teams and managing people in a matrix environment; experience with international clients is required.
  • •Experience managing projects for a consulting or software organization delivering solutions to external clients.
  • •Ability to manage the full software SDLC as a project manager, including discovery, design, and development of custom solutions.
  • •Proven ability to manage complex and dynamic projects (including large, simultaneous projects) for external customers.
  • •PMP certification is desirable; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in systems engineering and related fields, with proficient English communication skills.
