Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as regional subject matter expert for employee lifecycle events and HR functions in Brazil, with broader support across LATAM markets.
  • •Advise customers on local norms, benefits, payroll, and labor compliance when expanding into Brazil and LATAM.
  • •Manage local partner relationships (payroll providers, benefits brokers, accountants, and HR/legal advisors) and maintain country knowledge bases and SOPs.
  • •Provide primary HR support across onboarding, mid-cycle transitions, and offboarding, including sensitive employee relations and complex terminations in line with local labor laws.
  • •Drive digital transformation and compliance projects by integrating AI tools and improving HR workflows while maintaining accurate client and professional data in portals and vendor systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or higher in Human Resources, International Business, Accounting, Law, or related field.
  • •5+ years of Human Resources experience as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner.
  • •Deep, practical working knowledge of Brazilian labor laws, HR practices, and employment regulations.
  • •Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Native/Fluent Portuguese.
  • •Experience in a fast-paced, remote, multi-tasking environment with an international mindset and ability to work with global clients.
