Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions while maintaining proper handling of assigned monies and records. Cross-train to support sales and service through outbound calling, offer/need discovery, and Integrated Relationship Management activities, while following internal controls and risk policies.

•Provide a distinctive client experience by facilitating courteous conversation and completing complex and standardized transactions.
•Educate clients on digital, self-service banking solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
•Support team sales activities through outbound calls and identifying client needs, offers, and opportunities.
•Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
•Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies while serving as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
