Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and improve global PAC business processes, including continuous improvement initiatives and alignment of Best Known Methods (BKMs).
  • •Facilitate peer groups to align on strategy, roadmaps, and performance goals for global collaboration.
  • •Evaluate PAC system performance across sites, identify gaps, and implement improvements to achieve best-in-class results.
  • •Partner with manufacturing sites and suppliers to analyze performance data and deliver improvements in safety, cost, sustainability, and equipment performance.
  • •Develop and maintain PAC documentation and lead multiple projects through planning, implementation, and review while communicating progress, risks, and results.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • •Demonstrated ability to lead projects or initiatives and collaborate across teams.
