Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee subordinates and drive improvement in preventative maintenance, employee development, efficient operations, and equipment reliability.
  • •Provide technical leadership to the maintenance group and prepare reliability plans for critical equipment.
  • •Ensure preventive maintenance activities are performed as scheduled and that unscheduled work orders are addressed timely.
  • •Support operations to minimize downtime and fulfill compliance-related responsibilities for regulatory agencies.
  • •Coordinate with outside groups (process engineering, project engineering, Operations Excellence) on safety, optimization, and expansion initiatives, including representation in meetings and pre-planning.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
  • •Prior supervisory experience and ability to manage crews and multiple tasks daily.
  • •Must maintain a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record.
  • •Working knowledge of mechanical equipment; preferred: instrumentation/controls, gas analyzers, and MAXIMO integrity management software usage.
