Job Summary

Manage end-to-end delivery of real estate projects across planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. Own project budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk; translate contract and drawing documents into execution plans. Partner directly with clients to define scope, milestones, and resource needs, run bid/support activities, and maintain governance of project documentation and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage project management facets including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk for real estate projects.
•Read and apply project documents (agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, drawings) to support delivery.
•Interface with clients to define requirements; prepare scope, delivery resources, cost estimates/budget, work plans, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
•Track project progress versus goals, budgets, and timelines; report status/variances and create action plans to meet objectives.
•Implement change management and risk management routines, including assessing impacts, securing approvals, issuing change orders, and developing mitigation/contingency plans.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) or equivalent related experience.
•Prior project management experience (preferred).
•PMP and/or LEED AP (preferred).
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of financial terms and principles.
