Key Responsibilities

  • •Bridge Global HQ and the Spanish market by providing critical legal support to enable business scaling.
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements across partnerships, marketing, IT, procurement, and supplier contracts.
  • •Draft and update Terms & Conditions for B2B and B2C models, including exposure to digital platforms and e-commerce as a plus.
  • •Solve complex, ambiguous legal problems while balancing legal risk with commercial business objectives.
  • •Lead cross-functional initiatives (e.g., a T&Cs overhaul) and implement new processes and legal frameworks with high independence.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Law, with a Master’s degree and admission to the Spanish Bar highly valued.
  • •4 to 6 years of post-qualification experience, ideally across a top-tier law firm and in-house legal in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • •Bilingual or highly proficient professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) for drafting and negotiating complex documents.
  • •Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a high volume and wide variety of commercial agreements and updating Terms & Conditions for B2B and B2C models.
  • •Strong foundation in commercial and corporate law, including the ability to navigate overlapping regulatory, IP, and platform issues.
