Job Summary

Oversee Fire Life Safety (FLS) systems performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across large-scale infrastructure and facilities. Ensure fire protection systems, evacuation strategies, and life safety infrastructure meet UAE Civil Defense regulations and international standards such as NFPA. Provide technical leadership to facilities management and project teams, coordinating approvals, inspections, documentation, and maintenance, while monitoring performance data and recommending risk-reducing improvements in a 24/7 environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee performance and compliance of fire protection and life safety systems across facilities.
•Monitor installation, commissioning, and maintenance of FLS systems.
•Ensure systems operate in accordance with UAE Civil Defense regulations and international fire safety standards (NFPA).
•Coordinate Civil Defense approvals, submissions, inspections, and maintain compliant fire safety documentation and procedures.
•Conduct operational reviews, identify gaps and risks, and recommend technical improvements and risk mitigation actions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related technical field.
•Minimum 9–12 years of experience in fire life safety engineering or fire protection systems.
•Experience in facilities management, infrastructure, or large, complex, high-risk operational environments.
•Experience in regulated environments or critical facilities (preferred).
•Professional certifications related to Fire Life Safety, Fire Protection Engineering, or Safety Management (preferred).
