Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee performance and compliance of fire protection and life safety systems across facilities.
  • •Monitor installation, commissioning, and maintenance of FLS systems.
  • •Ensure systems operate in accordance with UAE Civil Defense regulations and international fire safety standards (NFPA).
  • •Coordinate Civil Defense approvals, submissions, inspections, and maintain compliant fire safety documentation and procedures.
  • •Conduct operational reviews, identify gaps and risks, and recommend technical improvements and risk mitigation actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •Minimum 9–12 years of experience in fire life safety engineering or fire protection systems.
  • •Experience in facilities management, infrastructure, or large, complex, high-risk operational environments.
  • •Experience in regulated environments or critical facilities (preferred).
  • •Professional certifications related to Fire Life Safety, Fire Protection Engineering, or Safety Management (preferred).
