Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise processing and quality checking of Transfer Agency transactions through internal systems to regulatory and client standards.
  • •Ensure team work is completed to deadlines by managing review queues/mailboxes and following escalated issues to resolution.
  • •Monitor and report on fund transactions, recommending procedure changes to management.
  • •Resolve audit or regulatory issues within agreed timeframes and document internal/external errors in an error tracker.
  • •Provide management and guidance to staff, set partner objectives, and facilitate team meetings and client projects coordination.
