Develop and maintain preventive and corrective road maintenance plans, prioritizing defects by safety, urgency, and customer impact. Supervise outsourced contractors, review inspection reports and snag lists, approve invoices, and ensure maintenance data is recorded for tracking. Conduct site visits and analyze contractor performance to recommend improvements for traffic safety and customer satisfaction.

•Supervise outsourced contractors and review work programs to ensure specification compliance.
•Review inspection reports, certify snag lists, and lead defect liability and substantial completion inspections.
•Follow up on asphalt, unpaved road, sidewalk, and track maintenance/improvement works and conduct periodic site visits to verify quality and safety.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Engineering.
•3+ years’ experience with a Master’s degree (5+ years with a Bachelor’s degree) in a related field.
•Certifications such as PMP.
