Provide timely, accurate completion of client transactions while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Handle complex and standardized teller activities, manage assigned funds and records, and educate clients on digital self-service options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile Banking. Support outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM), assist with new account openings and problem resolution, and follow internal controls, risk policies, and branch leadership routines.
