Lead strategic, mature asset development initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams and integrating subsurface, surface, and commercial expertise. •Integrate engineering from subsurface to surface across multiple product lines and teams (sales, commercial, operations, finance) plus third-party partners to deliver unified client solutions.
•Develop and implement strategies to secure high-value field management or integrated solutions projects aligned with long-term goals.
•Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, internal teams, and executive leadership to ensure collaboration and project success.
•Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams; manage integration risks and mitigation plans; define KPIs and reporting to drive continuous improvement.

•Demonstrated ability to integrate multiple product lines or business functions within a large organization.
•Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and commercial strategy skills, including proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
