Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end attendance administration, including points administration, attendance tracking, issuance of discipline, and follow-up with employees, supervisors, and HR stakeholders.
  • •Support leave-related attendance processes, including FMLA and short-term disability coordination, documentation follow-up, and communication with stakeholders.
  • •Prepare, maintain, and distribute attendance reporting for internal and external needs, including tracking attendance KPIs and identifying trends or follow-up actions.
  • •Support internal staffing moves (manpower) through the union bidding process and related HR system activity, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • •Conduct lower-complexity employee relations investigations and disciplines (intake, fact-finding, documentation, resolution) and escalate complex matters as appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related discipline.
  • •1 to 3 years experience with attendance management within a points system.
  • •1 to 3 years experience supporting leave-related processes, including FMLA and short-term disability.
  • •Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and use sound judgment with sensitive employee and business information.
  • •Strong attention to detail and effective written/verbal communication skills to interact professionally with employees and HR stakeholders.
