Job Summary

Support clients by completing compensation survey inputs with accuracy and consistency, and performing initial job matching and data validation. Collaborate with internal Data Solutions and Client Success teams (US and Mexico) to resolve compensation and survey issues, answer client inquiries, and provide analyses. Analyze compensation and survey reports, assist with report review and modification, and contribute to ad-hoc projects while maintaining strong client communication and relationships.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete compensation survey input for clients while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
•Conduct initial job matching using strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
•Verify the accuracy and validity of submitted data according to strict standards.
•Collaborate with internal Data Solutions and Client Success teams to resolve compensation and survey input issues.
•Analyze compensation and survey reports, review/modify reports for client use, and support ad-hoc projects as needed.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or related human resources fields (preferred).
•2+ years of experience in managing projects (preferred).
•Strong data management skills and process orientation with high attention to detail.
•Proven analytical skills using both qualitative and quantitative approaches.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled technology.
