Job Summary

Oversee the day-to-day operations of business activities, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, delivery, inventory accuracy, business metrics, and safety. Manage yard inventory and damaged inventory with cycle counting and close-out procedures, ensure deliveries follow OSHA and company policies, and coordinate delivery timing from other yards. Lead and coordinate daily team activities, collaborate across departments to improve productivity and service levels, and maintain performance plans and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Navigate operational demands while communicating internally and servicing customer orders.
•Maintain inventory levels and manage monthly cycle counting, close-out procedures, and delivery/materials coordination.
•Oversee delivery personnel adherence to OSHA and company policies in the warehouse and at job sites.
•Identify and coordinate daily activities of team members to drive productivity, safety, quality, and job knowledge.
•Collaborate across departments to improve processes, maintain service requirements, and support performance plans; may prepare and track lien releases.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree.
•Minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
