Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the HP Indigo training strategy for the Americas, building future-ready training methodologies and learning experiences.
  • •Own the full training P&L, including revenue growth, gross margin improvement, cost management, and overall financial performance.
  • •Oversee the development, standardization, and continuous improvement of training materials, programs, and certifications across HP Indigo platforms.
  • •Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing team (~15) of trainers and supporting staff, including onboarding, cross-training, and capability development.
  • •Manage customer-facing training operations and internal technical training for field service engineers and support teams, including lab and infrastructure readiness.
