Job Summary

Handle inbound receiving, order picking, inventory updates, and shipping preparation at the Paris, KY warehouse site. Work Monday–Thursday day shift, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, stock rotation, and discrepancy reporting. Maintain and operate warehouse equipment safely, support cycle counts, and keep records in systems such as SAP. Follow OSHA requirements and SOPs while lifting, organizing, and prioritizing tasks under tight schedules.

Key Responsibilities

•Receive, verify, and process materials including raw materials, intermediates, supplies, returned goods, and samples; report discrepancies.
•Unload trucks/containers, check shipments for damage/infestation and production code dates, and move goods to storage.
•Pick and stage orders by correct product number/quantity/type and label/tag/pack as required; transport materials using material handling equipment.
•Maintain inventory and records, assist with physical inventories/cycle counts, and support stock rotation (including entering inventory adjustments if needed).
•Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely, comply with OSHA/company standards, and prepare materials for shipment as applicable.

Key Requirements

•High school education or GED.
•Ability to lift up to 50 pounds using proper techniques and follow safety directions.
•Familiarity with warehouse systems (SAP).
•OSHA Forklift and HAZMAT certification is a plus.
•Ability to handle stress with tight deadlines and shift priorities easily.
