Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across international jurisdictions, delivering superior offboarding experiences.
  • •Provide trusted HR guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes to ensure compliance.
  • •Independently lead client and external employee meetings, including consultation, administrative hearings, and negotiations for separations and settlements.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders and support offboarding activities and audits involving payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and trade unions.
  • •Draft and administer termination and supplementary documents, maintain employee records with privacy/confidentiality, and implement process improvements through automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven ability to independently manage voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Strong understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, research, and translate findings into usable resources and recommendations.
