Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the flights search, sort, and merchandising roadmap from discovery through delivery, balancing traveler experience with sort optimization and platform investments.
  • •Define and drive product strategy for how flights are searched, sorted, and presented, ensuring results balance customer relevance with commercial value across the booking funnel.
  • •Support the flights P&L by setting targets, tracking key inputs, and delivering outcomes with the right quality and timing.
  • •Partner with airline partnerships and commercial teams to understand the fare landscape, identify private fare and ancillary opportunities, and surface compelling inventory.
  • •Work within and help shape the AI agent environment by leveraging autonomous and semi-autonomous AI workflows to accelerate development and augment decision-making.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 219,000 - 249,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (or related quantitative field), Business or Marketing, or a Bachelor’s degree in any field plus 4 years of Product Management experience.
  • •Hands-on AI fluency, using AI-powered development tools (specifically Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or similar platforms) to prototype and validate product ideas in an AI agent environment.
  • •Technical acumen to engage credibly with engineering partners, participate in architectural discussions, and evaluate technical tradeoffs.
  • •Commercial sense to understand the economics behind UX and delivery, including fare strategy, inventory sourcing/presentation, and value tradeoffs.
  • •Comfort tracking and supporting P&L outcomes while dealing with ambiguity and iterating with limited information.
