Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day TMC operations in line with client SOPs, protocols, policies, and industry standards.
  • •Provide day-to-day management of operations staff/resources, including operational problem resolution and second/third shift scheduling coordination with Tennessee DOT.
  • •Participate in incident management meetings and ensure interagency coordination, coordinating with motorist assist service providers and supporting dispatch operations.
  • •Oversee operator training and certification, including developing/updating training materials and ensuring adequate operator staffing coverage.
  • •Prepare monthly performance measure reports, determine measures of effectiveness, and support ongoing updates to client SOPs.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in transportation operations, public safety, incident management, dispatch operations, or a similar environment.
  • •5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • •Proven ability to provide formal training to and monitor the performance of subordinates.
  • •Skilled in using the Windows operating system.
  • •Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
