Key Responsibilities

  • •Own credit risk assessment and reserve management, evolving models and tooling to be smarter, faster, and more automated.
  • •Own fraud detection and prevention, including controls, freeze mechanisms, and dispute workflows, moving from reactive to proactive strategies.
  • •Own compliance automation for onboarding, including KYB verification, AML screening, and background checks with regulatory defensibility.
  • •Build flexible, platform-oriented systems operations teams can configure and extend without engineering bottlenecks.
  • •Partner with Collections and Treasury on risk reserves, payment blocks, and enforcement actions; lead iterative product delivery and KPI improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code, able to autonomously build, debug, and ship code and prototypes.

  • •Platform mindset focused on scalability and reducing manual effort while managing complexity.
