Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare healthcare regulatory applications (e.g., operating licenses, Medicare, Medicaid) for new initiatives and change of ownership transactions.
  • •Prepare corporate filings with Secretaries of State and other governmental agencies.
  • •Conduct preliminary legal or business research and collect/organize documents for due diligence in mergers, acquisitions, financings, and reorganizations.
  • •Prepare, oversee, and manage transactional documents and coordinate transaction closings, including execution planning.
  • •Maintain accurate records and communicate with clients, attorneys, opposing counsel, government agencies, and other stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Paralegal Certificate and/or a bachelor’s degree from a highly regarded academic institution.
  • •Excellent academic credentials and a strong work ethic.
  • •Superior organizational, analytical, and written communication skills.
  • •High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with legal document management systems.
