•Collaborate with internal partners to manage customer billing processes; issue invoices and credits timely with accuracy; monitor account details for non-payments and disputes; research and resolve billing-related inquiries.
•Assist with the implementation of SuiteBilling and parallel system runs, including verifying accuracy and reporting errors.
•Handle special projects and reporting as needed.
•Oversee coordination with revenue, orders, and customer success to review contracts and determine appropriate billing.
•Coordinate with collections to determine best approach to maximize timely payments and improve order-to-cash strategies.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of accounts receivable experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in a SaaS company.
•Accounting software experience, including the accounts receivable and cash modules.
•Meticulous attention to detail.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Intermediate Excel skills (lookups, pivots).
