Job Summary

Lead complex ServiceNow transformation projects from architecture and roadmap through design, implementation, rollout, governance, and continuous optimization. Key Responsibilities

•Lead strategic, complex ServiceNow transformations including architecture, roadmap, design & implementation, rollout, governance, and continuous optimization.
•Act as Lead Architect and Trusted Advisor to customers, translating business strategies into scalable, secure, sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
•Conduct workshops for requirements gathering, process definition, reengineering, gap analysis, and solution architecture.
•Own technical quality and delivery of complex customer projects across multiple ServiceNow modules, including designing target architectures and technical specifications for enterprise implementations.
•Support pre-sales activities (solutioning, technical demos, effort estimates, architecture concepts) and provide technical leadership by mentoring senior and junior consultants.

•At least 9 years of experience in consulting or IT services, including at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow.
•Proven experience leading large, complex, multi-module ServiceNow implementations.
•Deep expertise in the ServiceNow ecosystem, architecture, platform design, and technical delivery.
•ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) plus at least one Certified Implementation Specialist certification (e.g., CIS-ITSM or CIS-ITOM).
•Solid knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and web services (REST and SOAP), plus strong process modeling and optimization skills.
