Job Summary

Serve as a strategic advisor to Salesforce Professional Services’ most complex Life Sciences customers, helping them architect and deliver agentic, AI-first solutions across commercial and clinical operations. Lead internal initiatives to grow the consulting practice, guide rationalization and deployment of emerging technologies, and manage risks to resolution. Collaborate with Delivery Managers and Solution Architects to ensure programs stay on track and solutions remain extendable and maintainable on the Salesforce Platform.

•Serve as a trusted advisor to Life Sciences enterprise customers and guide them in architecting agentic, AI-first solutions.
•Lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice and contribute to the community knowledge base.
•Rationalize and deploy emerging technologies that increase business value, teaching complex concepts as needed.
•Proactively identify and manage risk areas, ensuring issues are driven to complete resolution.
•Review and correct project/program direction and artifacts, collaborating with Delivery Managers and Solution Architects to keep solutions extendable and maintainable.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 154,700 - 204,700 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years enterprise architecture or consulting experience.
•4+ years leading Salesforce Core Projects.
•Strong application design plus data, integration, and security architecture skills.
•Life Sciences experience, especially Pharma/Biopharma, with exposure to pharmaceutical commercial operations and regulatory compliance.
•Strong presentation skills to effectively present and defend a point of view to varied audiences.
