Reconditioning Manager - Chesterfield

Supervise daily operations in a Carvana vehicle inspection/reconditioning center, overseeing the reconditioning process and directing leads and front-line associates. Lead hiring, training, succession planning, and performance management while coaching teams on competency-based feedback. Drive alignment with company strategic goals and operating standards, maintain a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure production, quality, cost, health & safety, and loss-prevention compliance.
