Conduct qualitative analysis of NHS staff and Trust data (including documents and interview transcripts) with guidance from the supervisory team. Support delivery of an NIHR-funded realist evaluation on strategies to prevent and reduce unprofessional behaviour in the NHS. Contribute to research outputs such as posters, seminar presentations, and drafting parts of academic publications, while attending team meetings and supporting core study activities like patient and public involvement.
