Associate Manager Field HR RPC Germany (m/w/d)

Lead and manage the HR team Germany (HR generalists), providing day-to-day advisory to leaders and handling operational HR responsibilities for ~600 employees across commercial and industrial areas. Drive continuous analysis and improvement of HR processes and actively shape modern HR practices in line with company strategy, with focus areas such as automation, standardization, recruiting strategies, HR KPIs, employee relations, and employee benefits. Partner cooperatively with works councils.
