Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and optimize autonomous workflows for Procure-to-Pay and Invoice-to-Cash processes and contribute to AI-enabled features.
  • •Define product strategy and roadmap for modules; own high-impact features like multi-channel triggers and vendor/customer portals.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams; deepen ERP integrations (NetSuite, Xero, SAP, QuickBooks) and tools.
  • •Engage with B2B clients to uncover pain points and translate insights into epics and user stories.
  • •Drive product development from ideation to launch using Agile methodologies and define AS-IS and TO-BE states.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 360,000 - 480,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • •0–2 years of experience (including internships) in Product Management, Tech, FinTech, or Management Consulting.
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex AI and financial concepts into clear business requirements.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with a systems-thinking approach to mapping out complex B2B operational workflows.
  • •High degree of user empathy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
