Maintenance Mechanic

Maintain and repair production equipment, tools, and machinery as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Head Mechanic in a union environment. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform routine preventive maintenance, inspect and service drives, motors, and belts, and replace faulty components including electrical wires, controls, and circuit boards. Use hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools to dismantle equipment for repairs and review technical documents such as blueprints, schematics, and repair manuals.
