Job Summary

Work with the billing and revenue management team to gather customer requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP BRIM solutions. Participate in design and implementation, ensuring end-to-end quality and alignment with customer needs. Identify potential technical and project risks (performance, security, integration) and help define mitigation strategies. Support initiatives related to Billing and Revenue Assurance and contribute to the growth of junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

•Interface with the client to collect requirements.
•Participate in functional specification, design, and implementation of SAP BRIM-based solutions aligned with customer needs.
•Ensure end-to-end solution quality and consistency.
•Identify technical and project risks (performance, security, integration) and help define mitigation strategies.
•Support initiatives related to Billing and Revenue Assurance and help develop junior professionals.

Key Requirements

•At least 4 years of experience implementing and managing SAP BRIM-based billing platforms.
•In-depth knowledge of SAP BRIM components SOM and CC.
•Ability to gather and translate customer requirements into functional specifications.
•Good English language skills.
•Experience contributing to end-to-end solution design and delivery quality.
