Serve as the primary point of contact for Order Management for Enterprise and Strategic Account Managers, helping drive a smooth quote-to-cash process. Provide support for OM-related inquiries from quoting through final delivery, manage customer shipments (including replacements), handle RMA requests, and assist with CPQ quoting. Coordinate with Finance, Fulfillment, and Customer Support, while keeping customer and order data accurate in CRM systems like Salesforce and Zuora.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as main point of contact for Enterprise and Strategic Account Managers for OM-related queries.
•Manage customer shipments, including cable orders, shipment inquiries, and replacements.
•Serve as DRI for customer RMA requests, including serial numbers, replacements, and device count alignment.
•Support the quoting process and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) for Account Managers, ensuring quote/order details are accurate.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate end-to-end order processing and maintain customer/order information in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zuora).

Key Requirements

•Strong understanding of the quote-to-cash process and customer delivery lifecycles.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with account managers, internal leadership, and external customers.
•Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling high volumes.
•Ability to proactively identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutions.
•Proficient with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and experience in customer-facing operations/support; 4+ years is a plus.
