Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience by building client relationships and driving sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Meet personal and store KPIs while supporting daily store operations, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. Welcome feedback and collaborate with teammates to strengthen brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador while adhering to style and service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations, including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction handling.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail preferred and knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy, including live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow schedule requirements (nights, weekends, peak periods, and public holidays).
