Key Responsibilities

  • •Create world-class keynote and mainstage experiences for UiPath’s flagship events through exceptional storytelling and live production.
  • •Lead end-to-end content experience for FUSION Las Vegas and support regional flagship events with scalable programming and production.
  • •Manage executive and external speaker readiness, including selection, briefing, content reviews, rehearsals, executive handling, and on-stage support.
  • •Translate strategic narratives into keynote storylines, agendas, speaker lineups, and customer journeys.
  • •Develop and deploy a scalable “event-in-a-box” model and oversee content operations from planning through onsite execution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 195,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years producing large-scale B2B tech conferences or corporate events.
  • •Experience leading executive keynote programming and conference content.
  • •Strong live event production experience, including rehearsals and on-stage execution.
  • •Outstanding project management and organizational skills, able to manage multiple complex workstreams.
  • •Experience using event management tools such as Bizzabo and working with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
