Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process/system gaps with the Store Manager.
  • •Support store operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong sales floor visual standards and stockroom standards for safety and efficiency.
  • •Use budgets, expenses, and inventory-control reporting/metrics to support business-driving strategies and resolve guest/client needs quickly.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
  • •Ability to constantly move in and around the store, including sales floor and back of house.
