Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze RTC/RTM performance across sales, distribution, coverage, productivity, service, and execution metrics.
  • •Support RTC/RTM projects with data analysis, market sizing, benchmarks, and opportunity assessments.
  • •Develop analyses and arguments for new routes, strategic partnerships, and growth opportunities, including Guinness and RTD route development.
  • •Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and analytical tools to enable fact-based decision making.
  • •Support project implementation and governance by tracking metrics, risks, actions, and translating data into executive-ready presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • •0–3 years of experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, route-to-market, commercial planning, business intelligence, or related areas.
  • •Strong analytical skills with experience working with commercial and operational datasets.
  • •Strong Excel skills and experience building structured analyses and cases.
  • •Fluent or advanced English and Spanish. Knowledge of Power BI or other visualization tools is desirable.
