Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform analyses of operational metrics (capacity, utilization, quality, throughput, cycle time, cost efficiency, and workforce health) to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Build and maintain reporting, trackers, and dashboards to make operating KPIs visible and actionable.
  • •Develop and improve planning and forecasting views to support proactive decisions (demand signals, supply/capacity, staffing needs, process volumes).
  • •Support allocation and operating tradeoffs by synthesizing operational and performance data into recommendations for where work should move.
  • •Design, document, and refine operational processes and escalation paths so recurring performance actions and handoffs are consistent, measurable, and scalable.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
