Job Summary

Lead integrated marketing strategies for real estate assets in Cairo Festival City, strengthening brand positioning and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and annual marketing plans aligned to business objectives and commercial priorities across operated assets.
•Conduct market research and competitive analysis, translating insights into actionable initiatives that improve asset performance and long-term growth.
•Lead destination marketing efforts, including events, activations, and experiential campaigns to enhance engagement and visitation.
•Establish and manage sponsorships, partnerships, and collaborations; drive sponsorship revenue and measure effectiveness.
•Lead customer experience and feedback programs and the digital transformation of the marketing function, including governance and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
•Preferred postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
•15 to 20 years of progressive marketing, brand management, destination marketing, or commercial marketing leadership experience.
•Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies in real estate, retail, hospitality, mixed-use developments, or customer-centric industries.
