Job Summary

Support the growth and management of Middle Market & Corporate Banking relationships by analyzing credit opportunities, assessing risk, and monitoring portfolio performance for quality and policy compliance. Partner with Relationship Managers to identify growth opportunities, coordinate loan renewals and financial reviews, track borrower repayment trends, and refer solutions such as treasury management and deposits. Collaborate with credit and operations teams to deliver a strong client experience while participating in market and community business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze financial information and credit requests to assess risk and recommend lending structures.
•Manage and monitor portfolio performance to maintain strong credit quality and policy compliance.
•Partner with Relationship Managers to support client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
•Coordinate loan renewals, financial reviews, and ongoing portfolio maintenance activities.
•Monitor borrower performance and repayment trends and take proactive action when needed.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 72,100 - 123,600 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent education and experience).
•2+ years of experience in Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate Banking, Corporate Banking, Specialized Banking, or Credit Analysis.
•2+ years of experience managing complex credit relationships.
•Experience supporting business development or sales activities.
•Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or progress toward certification.
