Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead electrical engineering work for power distribution design, including serving as Engineer of Record.
  • •Conduct power system studies (load flow, short circuit, protective coordination, arc-flash analysis) and related power system calculations.
  • •Develop design deliverables such as single-line diagrams, switchgear/switchboard designs and specifications, feeder and cable schedules, and substation/transformer specifications.
  • •Prepare protective relay and metering one-line/three-line diagrams, panel schedules, equipment layouts, grounding layouts, and connection diagrams.
  • •Support business development with proposal technical support; review peer work and participate in client and site field visits during construction, start-up, and commissioning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •U.S. citizenship required for this role.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 7+ years of electrical distribution/facility electrical system engineering experience.
  • •Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
  • •Working knowledge of industry/federal codes and standards (NEC, NFPA, NESC, IEEE, UFC) and experience preparing medium- and low-voltage drawings, specifications, and calculations.
