Key Responsibilities

•Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, helping them select products, and guiding them toward purchases
•Maintain store merchandising and visual presentation standards, ensuring stock is displayed per layout norms
•Process payments and handle the cash till, refunds, and returns accurately
•Promote and explain the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat sales
•Adhere to SOPs and loss prevention policies while flexibly covering varied shifts during sales periods

Key Requirements

•Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right product, converting window shoppers to buyers
•Maintain up-to-date product knowledge for suggestive selling across group brands
•Be presentable and well-groomed, flexible to extended hours during sale periods
•Handle POS/Billing and ensure accurate cash management
•Follow SOPs, maintain stock visibility, and adhere to loss prevention policies
