Job Summary

Manage and grow a portfolio of Commercial Real Estate lending relationships by performing credit analysis and proactive portfolio management. Partner with Relationship Managers and internal teams to support sound lending decisions, monitor risk, and ensure strong client experience. Prepare credit presentations, oversee annual reviews and covenant compliance, and collaborate on loan approvals, due diligence, and special projects while representing the bank in professional and community settings.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze financial statements, borrower information, and market data to evaluate new and existing Commercial Real Estate loan opportunities.
•Prepare clear, comprehensive credit presentations to support lending decisions.
•Monitor portfolio performance, loan repayment activity, and risk ratings to address emerging credit concerns.
•Manage annual reviews, covenant compliance, reporting requirements, and portfolio exceptions to maintain a high-quality portfolio.
•Partner with Relationship Managers and internal teams to deliver timely client solutions and support loan approvals, due diligence, and special projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 63,000 - 108,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•3+ years of Commercial Real Estate lending or credit approval experience.
•Strong financial analysis, underwriting, and portfolio management skills.
•Ability to lawfully drive, if required.
•Formal commercial credit training and experience managing complex commercial credit relationships are preferred.
