Lead the digital tools workstream for a flagship B2B conference with 35,000–50,000+ in-person and 100,000+ virtual attendees. You’ll own execution and build plans for registration and event management technologies, serve as RainFocus subject matter expert (configuration, workflows, testing, troubleshooting), manage the event mobile app, and oversee integrations across RainFocus, Databricks, Salesforce, and Marketo. Translate shifting stakeholder requirements into actionable deliverables and report measurable outcomes, while traveling onsite to support events.

•Own execution of the digital tools workstream for the flagship conference, translating strategy into a detailed build and execution plan.
•Serve as RainFocus subject matter expert: configuration, workflow builds, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across registration and event management.
•Lead the event mobile app lifecycle from requirements through configuration, testing, and onsite support.
•Own and support integrations between RainFocus, the mobile app, and adjacent systems (including Databricks, Salesforce, and Marketo) to ensure reliable data flow.
•Manage changing stakeholder requirements across marketing, field, sponsorship, and vendors; distill deliverables across support contractors/agencies and track measurable outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 118,900 - 204,250

Key Requirements

•7–10+ years of experience in corporate events with hands-on experience configuring and administering RainFocus.
•Proven ability to lead a digital tools workstream for flagship-scale conferences (35,000–50,000+ in-person and 100,000+ virtual) with measurable outcomes.
•Working knowledge of event mobile apps and demonstrated implementation experience.
•Experience building and managing integrations between event technology platforms and a marketing technology stack.
•A BA/BS degree (or equivalent experience), plus understanding of AI agent concepts and safe, productive AI tool use.
