Job Summary

Teach and empower customers on ArcGIS Enterprise by designing and delivering hands-on training in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats. Identify skill gaps, provide ongoing guidance, and stay current on GIS trends to keep course content relevant. Partner with organizations to support sustainable GIS workflows, promote ArcGIS adoption, and communicate the strategic impact of GIS through narratives, visualizations, and customer success content. Includes relocation support to Redlands, CA.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and deliver training programs in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats to improve users’ ArcGIS proficiency.
•Identify and address skill gaps through targeted sessions and workshops, and provide ongoing support to users.
•Collaborate with customers to design and implement sustainable GIS workflows, including best-practice guidance and training.
•Promote and expand the use of ArcGIS by identifying use cases, demonstrating value through facilitation, and customizing solutions.
•Communicate the impact of GIS by developing narratives/visualizations and collaborating on case studies and success stories.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of professional experience leveraging Esri’s software capabilities, including 5 years in ArcGIS Enterprise or Enterprise Geodatabases and 2 years in classroom facilitation and instructional delivery.
•Ability to handle multiple responsibilities while prioritizing student needs.
•Strong listening skills and the ability to incorporate feedback to continuously improve instructional delivery and course materials.
•Proven ability to collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams.
•Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
