Job Summary

Partner with Retail Consumer Engineering and Product leaders to deliver People Solutions services that drive business outcomes. Execute talent strategies across organizational design, hiring, retention, performance calibration, compensation, and workforce planning. Use talent and organizational data to identify trends and recommend improvements to team effectiveness and employee experience. Provide day-to-day HR guidance, support People Solutions programs, and ensure compliance with employment laws and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver People Solutions services for assigned client groups by partnering with leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to optimize business effectiveness.
•Support and influence leaders on organizational design, and guide business leaders through organizational change and transformation initiatives.
•Partner with leaders and recruiters to attract, develop, and retain employees aligned with workforce planning efforts.
•Lead talent management processes (talent planning, performance calibration, compensation processes, and workforce planning) and plan strategies to address talent gaps.
•Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers, collaborate with Employee Relations to resolve employee concerns, and ensure compliance with employment laws and HR processes.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 81,400 - 122,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years of experience in a related field (or equivalent combinations such as a master’s with 2 years, Ph.D. with 1 year, or 8 years experience).
•Advanced skills in analytical thinking, business acumen, consulting, legal/regulatory environment, and managing multiple priorities.
•Advanced skills in building partnerships, communicating with consideration, driving innovation, engaging others, and gaining others’ confidence.
•Lead talent management processes including talent planning, performance calibration, compensation processes, and workforce planning for client groups.
•Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws, including support for I-9s and employment practices requests.
