Job Summary

Own the strategy, implementation, and internal adoption of Data Hubs across Pernod Ricard. Lead the Data Hubs initiative with a data-as-a-product, self-service approach—defining standards, auditing domains for value, and setting KPIs for usage and performance. Partner with data stewards, sponsors, and data consumers to make data common, understandable, trusted, and usable. Manage external resources and help federate teams around products and services.

Key Responsibilities

•Own Data Hubs from strategy definition through implementation and internal adoption to deliver value, consistency, scalability, and efficiency.
•Work with Data Hubs sponsors, data stewards/owners, and data consumers to support digital transformation across business departments.
•Lead standards/framework definition and promote data-as-a-product and self-service data approach across Data Hub initiatives.
•Define business and technical specifications, and oversee agile implementation and ongoing run/evolution of Data Hubs capabilities.
•Communicate and drive adoption at all organizational levels by setting KPIs, animating communities, and organizing teams around products and services, including managing external resources and budgets.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree from Engineering/Business School/University.
•Minimum 7 years of experience in data positions with significant data management and/or governance experience, preferably international.
•Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills with an influencing style.
•Ability to operate in a changing environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
•Fluency in English and French.
