Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a team of engineers managing Mayan automation programs across SPG BUs to meet install and warranty objectives.
  • •Own end-to-end Mayan automation execution for installation and warranty programs, from problem identification through deployment and benefits realization.
  • •Oversee development and continuous improvement of test plans, Mayan scripts, diagnostics, and troubleshooting workflows to improve reliability and reduce field labor.
  • •Build end-to-end program plans (scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, deliverables) and communicate status, risks, and mitigation to stakeholders and leadership.
  • •Support installation readiness and field collaboration through adoption/usage tracking, training and documentation, and participation in customer-site engagements as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • •5–7 years of experience in technical program management, manufacturing, installation, or field support (semiconductor or capital equipment experience preferred).
  • •Experience leading cross-functional and matrixed teams.
  • •Strong understanding of semiconductor capital equipment systems (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and process subsystems).
  • •Willingness to travel 10–30%, including international travel.
